AusMaria.COM, which stands for the slogan "Australia pro Maria" is the new internet site of the Franciscans of the Immaculate in Western Australia. Launched recently after Easter, the new site shows a promising improvement both in scope and purpose from their previous site Mary Gate of Heaven (marygateofheaven.com) site.

Franciscan Friar in Sydney Congress Print E-mail

The Archdiocese of Sydney headed by his Eminence George Cardinal Pell, is conducting an international congress for the evangelization of Australia. This congress also known as SCENE (Sydney Congress Embracing New Evangelization) is a follow up congress of the World Youth Day 2008 held in Sydney by His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI. It is an opportunity to keep going the enthusiasm for the faith of young people in Australia and in the whole Oceania. It will be held on 19th - 26th July 2009, at St Mary's Cathedral.
